Kyle Lee Khai Fatt

Mr. Lee was first appointed to the Board of the Company on 1 July 2014 and was re-elected as the Company’s Director on 18 April 2019. He is also a Director of GEL.

Mr. Lee trained as a Chartered Accountant in London, and in his professional career spanning 36 years, he had worked in both the United Kingdom and Singapore. He was a partner of Price Waterhouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP until 2010, holding leadership positions at the firm, practice, industries, and sector levels.

As a non-executive independent Director of other public and private companies, Mr. Lee held Chairmanship of Board, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Nominating Committee positions.
