Keri A. Davis

Keri Davis is the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Great Elm Capital. Keri has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and assurance. Prior to joining Great Elm Capital, Keri worked at PwC for 12 years, where they focused on hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds, registered investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers.

Keri A. Davis has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, as well as a degree from the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.

They are on a team with and Adam M. Kleinman - Chief Compliance Officer. Their manager is Peter A. Reed, President & CEO.
