Jenna Forster

Jenna Forster is an accomplished executive coach with over 20 years of experience coaching senior executives in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Great Executive Advisors since August 2022, Jenna is recognized as a pioneer in combining brain science with executive coaching. Jenna also operates J. Forster & Associates, where leadership development and intuitive coaching are key focuses. Additional roles have included Director of Operations and Training at Executive Coaching University and various leadership positions across organizations, such as Leadership Society Vancouver Island and the Rescue Institute, LLC. An educational background includes a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and multiple coaching certifications.
