Brandon Dickey

Brandon Dickey has a diverse work experience in the customer service and sales field. Brandon started their career in 2014 as a Customer Care Agent at Carbonite, where they provided support to customers. Brandon then took on the role of Business Support Agent, assisting with various business-related tasks. In 2016, Brandon became a Zmanda Support Specialist, specializing in providing technical support. Brandon later expanded their role to include T2 Escalations Agent, where they handled escalated customer issues. Brandon joined Great Falls Marketing in 2019 as a Sales Agent, utilizing their customer service skills to drive sales.

Brandon Dickey attended Lewiston High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft.
