Dustyn Shroff

Dustyn Shroff has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Dustyn started their career in 2008 as a Demonstration Specialist at Bose Corporation. Dustyn then worked as a Sales Manager at White Lodging Services, where they managed the on-property sales department and played a role in revenue management and new sales initiatives. Dustyn Shroff also served as the Chief Operating Officer at One Concierge, overseeing all day-to-day business operations and managing business development efforts. Dustyn then transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Centurion Realty Group and later as a Real Estate Agent at Realty Connect. Dustyn Shroff also had significant experience in the insurance industry, starting as an Approved Agency Candidate at State Farm and later becoming an Insurance and Financial Services specialist. Dustyn held various roles at GreatFlorida Insurance, including Agency Shareholder and Vice President, where they were responsible for onboarding new franchisees, branding/marketing initiatives, and overall growth of the company. Overall, Dustyn Shroff has demonstrated versatility and expertise in sales, operations, business development, and leadership throughout their career.

Dustyn Shroff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Pine Crest Preparatory School, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Dustyn Shroff has also attained various additional certifications, including the Series 6 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2016, a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2014, and certifications as a General Lines Insurance Agent (2-20), a Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Agent (2-15), and a Notary Public, all granted by the relevant Florida state departments.
