Rina Faqih

Rina Faqih is an experienced HRGA Director at Great Giant Foods since December 2015, leading a team focused on enhancing business growth and employee value. Previous roles include HRGA Associate Director and Senior Manager of Strategic HR and Development, where Rina collaborated with management to align HR practices with organizational culture and business needs. Prior to Great Giant Foods, Rina served as HRM Dept Head at PT Golden Energy Mines and held various HR positions at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. Rina holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
