George Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. George started their career in 2001 as a Preditor (Producer/Editor) at Sony Pictures Entertainment/AXN, where they created, produced, and edited on-air promotional pieces and longer format vignettes. In 2004, they joined Viacom as a Producer/Editor, contributing to the design and execution of the Latin-American launch of Logo TV Network and producing and editing on-air promotional pieces for VH1 and Nickelodeon Latin America. At Estefan Enterprises in 2005, George served as an Associate Producer for the music reality show "Nuevas Voces de America," proposing, planning, and creating program segments, as well as managing and directing activities for talent and coordinating the production crew. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Producer/Editor at NBC Telemundo, where they were responsible for promoting weekend prime-time film properties and leading Telemundo's pro-social initiatives. Since 2014, George has worked at AmericaTeve as a Producer/Editor. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Video Editor at Great HealthWorks since 2016, overseeing the creation of long and short format promotional spots and programs, as well as editing, writing, and producing duties.

George Ellis attended the University of Florida from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
