Vidal Cervantes

Vidal Cervantes has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies in the field of IT. Vidal is currently working at Great HealthWorks as an IT Technical Services Tech lll since March 2023. Prior to this, from March 2018 to February 2023, Vidal worked at LCS as a Technical Project Coordinator. In this role, they provided oversight in executing, planning, and coordinating technical services projects, conducted IT assessments, and coordinated the installation of telecommunications equipment and other technology-related systems and services.

Before their role at LCS, Vidal served as a Field Technician for Robert Half Technology from April 2012 to February 2014, where they set up workstations and installed/configured software and hardware. Vidal also worked as a Communications Technician II at St. Barnabas Hospital from September 2007 to March 2012, handling user requests, managing a team of Help Desk professionals, and assessing staff performance.

Vidal's work experience also includes a role as a Helpdesk Support at TransPerfect from January 2006 to August 2007. In this role, they provided training and support to users, assisted the IT manager with daily duties, and provided phone support to external office users.

Vidal Cervantes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems B.B.A. from Monroe College between 1999 and 2002. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in March 2023 and the CompTIA A+ Cert CE from CompTIA in May 2016.
