Genevieve A. Peterson

Genevieve A. Peterson, CFRE, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer and Development Operations Executive at Great Hearts Academies, where responsibilities include cross-collaboration with department leads and oversight of donor acquisition digital platforms. Previously, Genevieve held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Development and Vice President of Development Operations at Great Hearts, and Associate Director of Advancement at Notre Dame Preparatory. As Director of Development for Catholic Education Arizona, Genevieve managed field volunteers across 38 schools and developed innovative marketing plans to enhance donor retention. Genevieve's experience also includes founding and managing Self Employed Personal Insurance Services, where specialized insurance analysis is provided. Earlier career roles included Development Director at the Grand Canyon Council, Inc. and various titles at the Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America, focusing on event execution and corporate partnerships. Genevieve earned a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
