Kristin Durney, CPC, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Great Hearts Texas, having joined the organization in May 2023. With a rich background in human resources and organizational development, Kristin is also the Co-Founder and Human Resources Executive at Mental Wellness Unleashed, focusing on employee wellbeing and workplace culture since January 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at OneDigital, a Keynote Speaker at Diversity Crew, and various positions in human resources leadership at KED Coaching and Consulting, Wunderman, THERAPY 2000, Wells Fargo, Parkland Hospital, and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
