Stacey Devoe

Stacey DeVoe serves as the Head of Talent for the Growth Team at Great Hill Partners since May 2025, leading recruitment strategies for a private equity firm specializing in high-growth investments across various sectors. Prior to this role, Stacey was the Global Practice Leader for Executive Recruiting at Google from March 2019 to April 2025, overseeing recruitment for a substantial employee base in critical business units. Additionally, Stacey held the position of Managing Director for Retained Executive Search at Robert Half Executive Search from January 2017 to January 2019 and worked as a Strategic Consultant for DoorDash in 2017. Stacey's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Client Service at PureRED. Academically, Stacey holds an MBA in Marketing and Manufacturing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
