Holly Anderson

Holly Anderson has been in the property management industry for over 7 years. Holly started their career as an Accounts Receivable & Tenant Account Manager at Reedy and Company, LLC. Holly was then promoted to Property Manager at BLT Homes where they oversaw daily operations including construction, maintenance, leasing, marketing, invoicing, collections, and tenant account management. Holly then went on to work as a Regional Operations Manager at FirstKey Homes before being promoted to their current position as Director of Property Management at Great Jones.

Holly Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts at Rhodes College. Holly then went on to get their certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Real Estate Sales Associate.

Holly Anderson reports to John Rapisarda, VP, National Property Management.
