John Rapisarda

John Rapisarda is the current VP of National Property Management at Great Jones. John has held this position since March of 2018. Prior to joining Great Jones, John was the National Vice President of Property Management at Proptech startup Roofstock. John has also worked as a Regional Manager at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes, where they managed a 6,000-home residential real estate portfolio. John has also served as a Project Consultant, Project Manager, and Financial Management & Budget Analyst for Pinellas County Government - Office of Management & Budget.

John Rapisarda has a Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. John also has a Bachelor of Science - BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

They work with David Diaz - Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor, Pooja Radia - SVP, Operations & CX, and Adam Greenberg - CFO. John Rapisarda reports to Jay Goldklang, Co-Founder & CEO. A direct report to John Rapisarda is and Holly Anderson - Director Property Management.
