Michael Mongiovi

Michael Mongiovi has held various roles in the construction and homebuilding industry over the past 15 years. From 2005-2008, they were a Construction Superintendent at Pringle Development, where they were responsible for managing materials, coordinating the scheduling of trades, enforcing jobsite rules, monitoring cleanliness and appearance of the community, controlling and reducing costs, and ensuring all personnel complied with OSHA/EPA regulations. In 2008, they moved to TruGreen, where they served as Service Manager/Outside Sales and was responsible for development, training, managing, sales, and quality audits of specialists, inventory of chemical, ordering, and ensuring proper mixing and usage of product, fleet vehicles, and addressing customer concerns. From 2010-2014, they were a Project Manager/Field Supervisor at UniTek Global Services. In 2014, they moved to ITG as a Technical Trainer, and in 2015 they worked as both General Manager at Bravo Communications and Regional Operations Manager at TriWire Engineering Solutions. From 2018-2019, they were Renovation Manager at HavenBrook Homes, and currently serves as Field Operations Manager at Great Jones, where they are responsible for overseeing maintenance, inspection, turnover, and renovation activities for an assigned geographic area and assisting the Property Manager in determining costs associated with the improvement of residential properties.

Michael Mongiovi attended Leesburg High School from 1984 to 1988, where they completed a College Prepretory degree.
