Great Lakes Academy Charter School
Caitlin O'Leary currently serves as the Student Programs Coordinator and Assistant Dean of Students at Great Lakes Academy Charter School, having implemented diverse enrichment programs for students. Prior experience includes roles with Teach For America as a Pre-Service Operations Specialist and Corps Member, where Caitlin built relationships with over 100 corps members while managing various projects, and worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Bronzeville Academy Charter School. Additional experience encompasses a Fellowship at the University of Chicago, an Educator role at lululemon, and various positions at Villanova University, including Resource Management and Admissions Assistant. Caitlin is a graduate of Relay Graduate School of Education with a Master's in Teaching and holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from Villanova University. Athletic involvement includes being a NCAA Division 1 Women's Water Polo Scholar Athlete and serving as the team's Social Media Coordinator.
