Barb Mocadlo

Barb Mocadlo, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll processing, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Great Lakes Ace Hardware since September 2019, Barb manages payroll for over 1,200 employees across 58 locations while excelling in recruiting, benefits, and wage compliance. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Lowe's from September 2005 to July 2019, Barb partnered with store management to fulfill staffing needs and foster a diverse workplace. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader-Human Resources at Target, where Barb improved employee retention and engagement.
