Joe DeAngelo is an experienced biotechnology executive with a robust background in scientific leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chief Scientific Officer at CircNova, Inc., Joe focuses on developing circular RNA biotherapeutics using deep tech AI for drug discovery. Previously, Joe was Managing Director at Scizyg LLC, where consulting efforts centered on biotechnology startups and product development. Joe also held roles such as Strategic Advisor at Great Lakes Biologics, Chief Operating Officer at Phenolaeis USA LLC, and CEO of Neochrome Inc. Joe’s academic credentials include a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution, along with experience at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
