Nalini Motwani

Nalini Motwani is a highly experienced professional in the fields of microbiology and immunology, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Great Lakes Biologics, LLC since April 2021, and as Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer at BioSavita, Inc. since 2012. Nalini has a notable background in research and leadership roles, having founded and led ApoLife, Inc. from 2000 to 2012, and served as a Reviewer for NIH Grants at the National Institutes of Health since April 2010. Academic involvement includes positions as a Technology Licensing Consultant at the University of Michigan and Research Associate Professor at Oakland University, as well as research roles in various institutions. Nalini holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Wayne State University, a Master's in Microbiology and Immunology from Haffkine Institute in Bombay, India, and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
