Jennifer McAnallen

Jennifer McAnallen is a seasoned Project Engineer at Great Lakes Cheese, where responsibilities have included developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both new and existing equipment, as well as implementing and training personnel on quality systems. Jennifer's tenure at the company began with a two-year assignment in Wisconsin to assist with a new plant before returning to the corporate facility in Ohio to manage various projects, budgets, and quality systems. Previously, Jennifer gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern, focusing on quality systems across multiple plants, and worked as a Sales Associate at Macy’s Inc., where seasonal management responsibilities included training new hires and supporting various departments. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, having also studied at The University of Akron.
