Emily Taneva Dds

Emily Taneva, DDS, MS, is a distinguished orthodontist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and education. Currently serving as an orthodontist at Great Lakes Dental Partners and American Dental Associates since August 2014, Emily also held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago from May 2014 to August 2018. In addition to clinical roles, Emily is the owner of the successful travel blog Bubbly Moments, which focuses on luxurious destinations and has a significant reach as one of North America's top influencers. Previous experience includes a role as Training Manager at Pierre Fabre, where responsibilities included training design and marketing for oral care products, and serving as an Associate Dentist at SanOral Dental Center. Education includes a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Medicinski universitet - Sofia and a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics along with a Master of Science in Oral Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. Emily also held leadership positions as President and General Secretary of the European Dental Students' Association from 2007 to 2009.
