Alexander Mason is an experienced IT Specialist at Great Lakes Energy since April 2021, focusing on supporting various industry-specific ERP business application systems and ensuring reliability and user functionality. Previous roles include IT Technician at Cutting Edge Computers LLC, where responsibilities encompassed hardware repair, help desk support, network installations, and technology training. Alexander's early career involved labor positions at J & N Construction and JOHNSTON'S LANDSCAPING LLC, as well as customer service roles at Little Caesars Pizza and McDonald's. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a concentration in Project Management from Baker College and is currently participating in the Leadership Charlevoix County program, Class of 2024.
