Shari Culver

Shari Culver is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and communications sectors. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Communications & Member Services at Great Lakes Energy since July 1997, Shari oversees all member-customer service interactions and directs corporate communications, marketing, and community relations. Shari began as a customer service representative and has held various roles with increasing responsibilities, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and a passion for excellence. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Truestream since October 2020, Shari leads marketing efforts for the largest fiber-to-the-home network in the U.S., achieving significant take rates through effective branding and sales strategies. Shari holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Grand Valley State University.
