Liz Smith

Liz Smith is an accomplished housing development consultant with extensive experience in community investment and asset management. Currently employed at Great Lakes Housing Services, Liz has previously held significant roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as Vice President and Senior Manager of Community Investment, and at the Illinois Housing Development Authority as Assistant Director of Asset Management/Rental Assistance. Additional experience includes managerial positions focused on multifamily program compliance at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, project management at HUD, and operations management at Monroe Group Ltd. Liz began a distinguished career as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
