Mark Pennington

Mark Pennington is an experienced attorney with a focus on intellectual property and business law, currently serving in multiple roles since March 2012 at Great Lakes NeuroTech, Orbital Research Inc., and CleveMed. Additionally, Mark holds the position of General Counsel and serves on the Board of Directors at Orbital Test Services, LLC since May 2017, and has been an attorney for NeuroWave Systems Inc. since April 2009. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at Cleveland Clinic as a Research Project Manager and Research Assistant from January 2001 to November 2008. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from The University of Toledo.
