Lauren Marousek

Lauren Marousek is an accomplished artistic professional with a diverse background in theater and education. Currently serving as Artistic Associate, Company Manager, and Audience Cultivation Coordinator at Great Lakes Theater since December 2021, Lauren also holds the position of Associate Professor of Music Theater at Oberlin College starting July 2024. Other notable roles include Choreographer for productions such as "Elf the Musical" and "Ghost" at Beck Center for the Arts, and Company Manager for both the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival and Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Previously, Lauren served as Interim Executive Director for Schuylkill County Council for the Arts, where successful fundraisers and event management were executed. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at Baldwin Wallace University, directing and choreographing at Incarnate Word Academy, and instructing dance and acting at Artists in Motion Performing Arts. Lauren is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts at the University of Idaho, following a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Baldwin Wallace University.
