Alicia Schwartz

Alicia Schwartz is a seasoned finance manager and management professional with extensive experience in grants and intergovernmental relations at the Great Lakes Water Authority since November 2016. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Special Enforcement Section Supervisor and Investigator with the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation from September 2010 to August 2016, overseeing a team of investigators and conducting complex tax investigations. Earlier career experiences include serving as an administrative assistant at KMH LLP and as a contract specialist with the Hawaii State Department of Education, managing significant fiscal data and expenditures. Alicia holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University.
