Constance Williams-Spann

Constance Williams-Spann, MSA, is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in executive support and customer service management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Field Services Director at Great Lakes Water Authority since April 2016, Constance also assists the Fleet and Facilities Manager. Prior to this role, Constance worked as a Customer Service Manager for the City of Detroit from January 2004 to March 2016. Constance holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Detroit College of Business.
