Ronald Hayes

Ronald Hayes has extensive work experience in water operations. Ronald began their career in 1986 at GLWA, where they served as the Manager of Operations until February 2023. In January 2023, they joined Great Lakes Water Authority as the Director of Water Operations, overseeing a group and responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures. Ronald also plays a crucial role in budget development and administration.

Ronald Hayes began their education in 1978 at William Tyndale College, where they studied Old and New Testament. Ronald attended this institution until 1980. Following this, from 1981 to 1985, Ronald pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Wayne State University.
