Verne Houlton has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence analysis. Verne started their career in 2000 as a Warehouse Manager at Governor Business Solutions, where they gained valuable experience in managing warehouse operations. In 2010, they joined Modis as a Consultant, where they provided expertise in various projects until 2012.
From 2012 to 2016, Verne worked at Dwyer Group | Service Brands International as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst. During this time, they developed analytical skills and contributed to business intelligence projects.
In 2016, Verne joined Livingston International as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Here, they played a key role in developing business reports using Microsoft BI stack and other BI tools. Verne also collaborated with business units to gather information and develop Business Requirement Documents.
After working at Livingston International, Verne joined Neighborly® in 2019 as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they continued to contribute to data analysis and reporting until August 2019.
Currently, Verne Houlton is working at Great Lakes Water Authority as a Business Intelligence Analyst, starting from September 2019.
Verne Houlton attended Henry Ford College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associates degree in Applied Sciences in Computer Information Systems (IT / CIS). In addition to their formal education, Verne has also acquired several certifications from Microsoft. In April 2013, they obtained the MCTS certification for Windows 7 configuration. In January 2014, they obtained the MCITP certification for Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7, as well as the MCSA certification for Windows 7. In April 2014, Verne acquired two more certifications: MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) and MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) for Windows 8.
