Sophia Yip has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement within the packaging industry, specifically at Great Little Box Company (GLBC), where roles have included Business Systems Analyst, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Continual Improvement Specialist from 2013 to present. Prior to this, Sophia held the position of Quality & Safety Coordinator at GLBC and played a pivotal role in establishing the first quality management department at Libra National Inc. from 2009 to 2013. Sophia holds a degree in Nutritional Science from The University of British Columbia.
