Andrew Stump

Andrew Stump is a Senior Platform Support Engineer at Great Minds since April 2020, specializing in tier 2 support for an online edtech platform, with skills in database queries and scripting. Previously, Andrew served in various roles at Great Minds, including Digital Implementation Team Lead, overseeing escalation tracking and team guidance, as well as Digital Implementation Specialist, providing onboarding and tech support for K-12 digital products. Prior experience includes roles at Gradarius from September 2016 to April 2020 as Director of Content Development, responsible for all content in the Gradarius Calculus learning platform, and as Content Manager, focusing on content creation and implementation. Andrew also worked at Second Avenue Learning from January 2010 to December 2014 as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring quality assurance in physics content. Andrew holds an M.A. in Physics from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Physics from Michigan State University.
