Colleen Mataya

Colleen Mataya is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Inside Sales Manager at Great Minds since December 2025. Previously, Colleen held the position of Private Team Sales Manager at Teaching Strategies, LLC, where a mission-driven team was led to drive growth in early childhood education. Colleen also directed Women's Ministry at Redeemer Bible Church, developing programs in Bible studies, discipleship, and mentorship. Earlier roles included Director of Sales at Savvas Learning Company and National Manager at Pearson, where Colleen built and led teams focused on software sales in education. Colleen began a teaching career at Summit School of Ahwatukee and Tesseract School, specializing in early education. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
