Donna Grace

Donna Grace has a diverse background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Lead Compensation Analyst at Great Minds since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at EAB from 2019, where they worked on compensation-related matters. Before joining EAB, Donna served as a Human Resources Generalist at HealthTrust Supply Chain starting in 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at Virginia Episcopal School.

Donna Grace holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in English-Creative Writing/Theatre, obtained from Randolph College.
