Phalan Richmond

Phalan Richmond, M.A., currently serves as a Professional Development Implementation Support Specialist at Great Minds since November 2022, providing both onsite and virtual professional development and coaching for schools. Concurrently, Phalan is the Head of Educational Program at CultureLancer, a career-focused ecosystem supporting students from HBCUs. Previously, Phalan worked as an English as a Second Language/English Language Arts Teacher for Houston ISD, where significant instructional improvements were achieved. Experience also includes roles in homeschooling, literacy teaching, human resources, and management at notable organizations including Rise Read and Enrichment Group, KIPP Texas Public Schools, The Boston Consulting Group, Neiman Marcus, and Banana Republic.
