Rachel Doucet

Rachel Doucet is a seasoned project manager and leader with extensive experience in educational publishing and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Great Minds since February 2024, Rachel also co-founded and co-presides over the Bell Elementary Parents/Caregivers Equity Group, promoting equity within the school community. Prior to this, Rachel held roles such as Client Partner at The Scratch Collective and Freelance Project Manager at Westchester Education Services, demonstrating a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects. Rachel's background includes significant positions at National Geographic Learning and National Geographic School Publishing, where project delivery and stakeholder management were key focuses. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature, French, and Dance from Haverford College.
