Peter Neal

Peter Neal is the Founder and Director of The Experience Bank Group, an organization dedicated to enhancing the governance and effectiveness of charities and SMEs in North East England. With extensive experience in board recruitment and development, Peter also co-founded The Experience Bank™, a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides essential non-executive and board advisory support to early-stage businesses and charities. In addition, Peter is involved in several leadership development initiatives, including the Unboxed Community and Unlocked Expertise, and holds various trustee and directorial roles in organizations such as Amare Hospice at Home and the Great North Air Ambulance Service. Peter's prior experience includes leadership positions at UNW LLP and a fellow role at The RSA, alongside advisory and governance responsibilities within educational institutions and regional business forums. Peter holds a Master's degree and a BSc (Hons) from Newcastle University.
