Lou Gargiulo

Lou Gargiulo is the Founder and CEO of Great North Property Management, which has been operational since January 1990 and manages over $25 billion in real estate assets, making it New England's largest provider of community and non-profit association management. In addition to this role, Gargiulo serves as a Selectman for the Town of Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, since March 2019, and has held various leadership positions, including Corporator at The Provident Bank from 2008 to 2019, President of the Board of Directors at Seacoast Repertory Theatre from 2003 to 2009, and State Representative in the New Hampshire General Court from 1992 to 1996. Gargiulo's early career included significant management positions at Bradlees, overseeing a business worth over $350 million with more than 2,000 employees, and serving as a Commissioned Army Officer in the US Army from 1969 to 1976.
