Michelle Ruys (Fleming) is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and audit management. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Great Northern Corporation since May 2020, Michelle has a strong background in overseeing financial reporting processes and accounting activities. Prior experience includes the role of Accounting Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing, where responsibilities included managing financial consolidation and complex accruals. Michelle also spent over six years at Grant Thornton LLP, advancing from Audit Associate to Audit Manager, leading diverse teams and managing numerous employee benefit plan audits across various industries.
