Latoya Hubbard

Latoya Hubbard currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Great Oaks Charter School Bridgeport and as a Board Member for the Howard University Alumni Association, both positions held since July 2023. Previously, Latoya held the role of Director of Operations at Great Oaks Charter Schools from June 2018 to June 2023 and worked as Student Services Manager and Executive Assistant at Achievement First from June 2012 to June 2018. Latoya's early career includes a position as a Contract Specialist at US Surgical from February 2000 to October 2009, focusing on contract writing, audit, and compliance management. Latoya holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
