Jodi Glickman has an extensive work experience. Jodi began their career in 1998 as a Policy Analyst at the US EPA. In 2002, they moved to Goldman Sachs, where they served as Vice President. In 2006, they took on the role of Director of Real Estate Finance at The Doe Fund. In 2008, they became the CEO & Founder of Great On The Job, a leadership development firm. Jodi also contributed to Harvard Business Review in 2009 and gave a TEDx talk in 2017. In 2017, they became a LinkedIn Learning Instructor and a Business Mentor for Techstars Chicago. In 2020, they became a Business Mentor for American Corporate Partners (ACP). Jodi is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Jodi Glickman obtained their MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University between 1992 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Executive Presence: Tips for Women (February 2020), Selling to Executives (December 2018), Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself (November 2018), and Jodi Glickman on Make 'Em Love You at Work (April 2018).
