Sabrina Droom

Sabrina Droom serves as the Deputy Director of Fundraising Planning & Performance at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sabrina held significant positions at Unicef UK from May 2011 to September 2025, including Head of Strategic Planning and Interim Director of Strategy, where responsibilities included developing organizational strategies and managing the Strategy function. Sabrina's earlier experience includes roles at NSPCC as Donor Insight & Analysis Manager and Senior Donor Analyst, and at Shelter UK as Database Marketing Assistant. Additionally, Sabrina has a Level 7 Strategic Leadership Apprenticeship from Corndel & Imperial Business School and a BSc in International Management from The University of Manchester.
