Jim Flynn

Jim Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and management. Since June 2012, Jim has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Great Place to Work® Ireland. Prior to this role, Jim was the Head of Consulting at Great Place to Work Institute for a brief period in June 2012 and held the position of Director at Durrington Ltd from 2002 until June 2012. Jim also operated as the Owner of Bewleys Kilkenny from 1994 to 2002. Jim's academic credentials include an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester (2006-2008), a BSc in Psychology from The Open University (2002-2006), and an MBA in Business from The Open University (1997-2001).
