Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray has a diverse work experience in the housing and care sector. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Independence and Wellbeing at Great Places Housing Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of National Customer Operations at Places for People Living Plus from May 2020 to July 2021. Andrew also worked as the Interim Director of Care and Support at Accord Housing Association from April 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they served as the Group Director of Operations at Alternative Futures Group from April 2018 to February 2019. Between October 2016 and April 2018, Andrew acted as the Director of Care and Support at Pobl Group. Andrew has also worked at Home Group, Riverside, and Riverside ECHG in various management positions. Andrew has extensive experience in leading change programs, managing staff and budgets, and overseeing operations across different regions.

Andrew Gray completed their undergraduate education from 1987 to 1990 at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology. Following this, from 1990 to 1991, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Information Technology also at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
