Kathy Howard

Kathy Howard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer liaison, housing, business development, account management, and public service. Currently serving as a Retrofit Customer Liaison at Great Places Housing Group since December 2018, Kathy previously worked as a Housing Officer at The Guinness Partnership and held the position of Head Of Business Development at Utilities Academy. Kathy also has experience as a National Account Manager at Remploy Ltd, supporting disabled employees in the 999 services across the UK, and as a Business Advisor at Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, where duties included account management and promoting apprenticeships. Earlier in the career, Kathy served as a Police Officer with Greater Manchester Police, contributing to community safety initiatives. Education was completed at Oldham College from 1992 to 1994.
