Pauline Terry

Pauline Terry is an experienced program manager currently with Great Places Housing Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pauline served as a development manager at One Manchester from May 2017 to October 2022, focusing on low carbon energy housing, affordable housing initiatives, and projects for older individuals with cognitive conditions, managing values up to £12 million. Earlier experience includes a position as a development officer at Southway Housing Trust from April 2014 to March 2017, where Pauline led new build developments and major refurbishment schemes. Additionally, Pauline worked as a consultant for various public and private sector organizations between June 2008 and December 2016, managing projects and introducing business systems for capital building programs with values ranging from £500,000 to £25 million. Pauline completed education at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
