Tina Pate

Tina Pate, MSN, RN, CEN, leads the nursing areas of Great Plains Health, ensuring quality care from our nursing team.

Tina began her career at Great Plains Health in 2013 as the stroke coordinator. From there, she was promoted to medical/surgical clinic manager and then on to critical care manager. Tina became the senior director of nursing in 2017.

Prior to her employment at Great Plains Health, Tina worked as an emergency room nurse, charge nurse and then clinical coordinator at Memorial Hospital – University of Colorado Health in Colorado Springs, Colo. Her final role with this organization was stroke coordinator.

Tina earned her BSN from the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University.
