Allison Blake

Allison Blake serves as a Corporate Recruiter at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of Executive Director at the Abilene Area Chamber of Commerce from June 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included promoting business interests, enhancing membership services, managing social media, and developing community programs. Allison also worked as a Recruiter and General Manager at Real Estate Personnel, Inc. from February 2007 to May 2017, overseeing business-to-business sales and staff management. Earlier experience includes serving as Coordinator of Customized Training and Continuing Education and Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations at Wichita Area Technical College. Allison holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in English from Wichita State University.
