Dan Housholder is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a comprehensive background in optimizing manufacturing operations, project management, and lean manufacturing principles. Currently employed at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since July 2022, Housholder has previously held senior engineering and management roles at Bell Flight, Textron Systems, and Bell Helicopter, where numerous achievements include leading teams to achieve record production outputs and significantly reducing labor hours through process improvements. Housholder’s experience encompasses various aspects of industrial engineering, including staffing forecasting, ergonomic evaluations, and safety enhancement projects. Educationally, Housholder holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and is a Textron Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.
