Lee McMillan

Lee McMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. As a Senior Plant Manager at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since November 2022, Lee oversees the production of various attachments and equipment. Previously, Lee held multiple roles within the same company, advancing from Plant Manager to Production Manager and Lean Manufacturing Engineer between January 2019 and August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Owner/COO of Rev-e3, specializing in data destruction and e-waste recycling, and owning Postrock Crossfit, focusing on health and fitness. Additionally, Lee has held supervisory and managerial positions at AGCO Corporation, Farmway Coop, and Sunflower/Agco from 2003 to 2017. Education was attained at Ashford University.
