Kathi Sharp

Kathi Sharp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, training, and quality leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager and Coordinator for the Emergency Operations Center at Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Health Board since October 2020, Kathi Sharp focuses on data analysis, stakeholder advice, and support for the Native American community during emergencies. Previous roles include Training Manager at Monument Health, overseeing a team of trainers in electronic health record systems, and serving as a Team Leader Supervisor at GE Appliances, where Kathi Sharp excelled in quality leadership and team development. Kathi Sharp has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Black Hills State University and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving organizational effectiveness and customer relations throughout a diverse career that began in customer service.
